Our owner is the co-founder of Ultimate Burger in Kona on the Big Island. Established over 15 years ago, the restaurant has won Best of Hawaii the last 6 out of the 7 years running. Farmers & Ranchers
Supporting our local Hawaiian farmers and ranchers is at the heart of Big Island Burger. In addition to our beef, our organic ingredients are locally sourced from many of the islands that make up our great state. Our local partners include Hamakua Mushrooms, Tropic Fish, Sugarland Growers, and Nalo Farms.
